Terms of Service

1. Business Entity & Governing Law
Current Company London LTD. is organized under the laws of the Province of Croydon, UK.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
2. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.
You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
3. Products & Services Covered
These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS): Current Company London LTD
Engine platform subscriptions (Revenue Builder, Revenue Leader, Revenue Architect
tiers).
• Done-For-You (DFY) Services: Current Company London LTD
(outbound sales team).
• Events & Retreats: Refuge Retreats and related in-person/virtual experiences.
4. Payment & Billing
Prices are listed on our websites and sales pages and may change without notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Nickel, Melio,
ACH).
For subscriptions (SaaS), your card will be charged automatically each billing cycle until
canceled.
Setup fees, onboarding fees, and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds vary depending on the product/service:
Digital Products & Merchandise (Playbooks, Gear, Webinars)
All sales final. No refunds once delivered or accessed.
Coaching (Group, Proximity, 1:1 Sessions)
Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, coaching purchases are non-refundable once
the program begins.
Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice but are non-refundable.
SaaS (Current Company London LTD)
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
No prorated refunds for unused time.
DFY Outbound (Current Company London LTD)
Governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
Unless stated otherwise in writing, retainers, set-up fees, and commissions are
non-refundable.
Retreats / Events
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance refund policies (if any) will be disclosed at time of
registration.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain updated contact/billing details.
For coaching and DFY services, results depend on your participation and implementation;
we do not guarantee outcomes.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our materials, software, or content is
prohibited.
7. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any of our forms, checkout
pages, booking pages, keyword texts, or verbal consent during a call, you agree to receive
SMS/MMS messages from Current Company London LTD.
Description of SMS Use Cases
You may receive SMS/MMS messages for the following purposes:
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Order confirmations, billing notifications, and payment reminders
• Account alerts, verification codes, and security notices
• Marketing and promotional messages (if you have opted in to marketing
communications)
• Event updates, webinar reminders, and retreat logistics
• Customer support and service-related communications
• Onboarding and welcome messages related to your SaaS subscription or DFY
engagement
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any
message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation
message and will no longer receive further SMS/MMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your account or any paid services.

Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, account activity, and preferences.
Recurring messages may be sent.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details
about your messaging plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS/MMS messaging programme.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at

information, including your mobile phone number. We do not sell, rent, or share your
mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, playbooks, funnels, automations, and training materials are the
property of Current Company London LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your
personal/business use during the term of your access.
Copying, redistributing, or reselling without written permission is prohibited.
9. SaaS Platform Terms (Current Company London LTD)
The platform is delivered under a white-label license from a third-party provider.
You retain ownership of your own data (contacts, appointments, communications).
Upon written request, and subject to account standing, we will provide data exports or
assist with sub-account transfers (fees may apply).
Abuse, spam, or unlawful use will result in account suspension or termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the
claim.
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Current Company London LTD. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our
Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website.
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
